Reimbursement

Partially used discount bus cards may, within 1 year after the issuing, be reimbursed with the difference between the price of the card and the price of a one-way ticket on the route multiplied by the number of used punches + service charge.

Reimbursement of 10-journey-ticket and return tickets is calculated based on standard fares.
