Luggage

Luggage can be carried on the bus if the driver estimates there is room. If not, it must be stored in the luggage compartment of the bus.

Bicycles, trams and pushchairs are carried as luggage if the driver estimates there is room and if room has been booked for the luggage on +45 70 210 888.

Luggage cannot be carried on the departures where luggage handling is not provided.

Wheelchairs are carried at no charge.

No compensation will be paid for any damage to luggage. Lost luggage is not compensated. It is recommended that you take out a insurance to cover damaged or lost luggage.

Every passenger may carry no more than 20 kg luggage (at max. 12 kg a package) and the volume of the luggage must be considered normal/reasonable. If the driver considers the luggage to be too bulky, he may refuse to accommodate it or require special payment to accommodate it.
